Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Bits@benbenson.co.uk as soon as possible.

• Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging where a return is approved.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible.
• Please check hub support, protocol and regional frequency before ordering, as compatibility mistakes may not qualify for return.
• Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed.
